ZUMBA
Eliminates the work form working out
by combining amazing, irresistible Latin and international music with
dynamic yet simple exercise moves.
Belly, Booty, Body Blast
Weights combined with Zumba! try this for a better work out!
Cardio Variety/Muscle & Toning
This class will integrate all
types of formats such as low impact aerobics, step training and zumba
circuits.
Yoga
Yoga is a means of balancing and harmonizing the body!
Muscle Conditioning and Toning
This is a one hour class of muscle
pumping and toning from head to toe!
Step Aerobics/Butts & Guts
This class will utilize the step in
order to build cardio vascular strength and endurance.
Beginner Pilates Mat Class
Pilates mat classes focus on
integrating the entire body, rather than exercising each body part
separately.
